Inside Sales Representative

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Reports To: Sales Manager

Classification: Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Starting Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 plus potential monthly bonus

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

·         Receive and respond to customer requests for quotes and sales orders in a timely manner.

·         Process customer orders into the Company’s computer system.

·         Review Sales Orders and Quotations for accuracy.

·         Utilize a phone, computer, copy machine and fax machine as needed.

·         Have good phone and email etiquette.

·         Provide excellent customer assistance.

·         Assist the department with other tasks as needed.

·         Be dependable and have good attendance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

·         3+ years of telephone-based customer service experience.

·         Proficient in math and measurements.

·         Have professional written and verbal communications.

·         Must be fluent in English.
