Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, supporting sales growth through relationship building, account management, and exceptional customer service. This role will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, process orders, generate quotes, and identify opportunities to grow existing business.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated, and genuinely excited to learn the business, develop sales skills, and grow into future opportunities within the organization.
What You Will Be Doing:- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales opportunities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts
- Support outside sales teams and account managers as needed
- Utilize CRM and business systems to document customer interactions and manage opportunities
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay up to date on products, industry trends, and company offerings
- Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, account coordination, or a related field is preferred. Candidates without true working experience who are excited to learn are encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
