Are you a driven inside sales professional who thrives on conversations, metrics, and results? iBusinessSolutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate high-quality B2B opportunities and fuel our outside sales team with decision-makers ready to talk payroll, employee benefits, and workers' compensation solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys high-volume outreach, competitive compensation, and a clear path to growth.
What You'll Do
- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business owners, CFOs, and HR leaders
- Prospect companies with 10–250 employees across targeted industries
- Qualify prospects and set appointments for our outside sales team
- Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Follow up quickly on inbound and marketing-generated leads
- Build, track, and manage your pipeline in Zoho CRM
- Maintain accurate call notes, dispositions, and activity reporting
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly performance KPIs
What Success Looks Like
- 400–600 outbound calls per week
- 15–25 live conversations per day
- 8–15 qualified sales appointments per week
- Strong and growing pipeline contribution
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or SDR experience (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable with high call volume and rejection
- Confident phone presence with strong objection-handling skills
- Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and activities
- Background in payroll, PEO, insurance, or SaaS is a plus
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and metrics-driven mindset
