Schedule: Remote Mon & Fri, In Seattle office Tues-Thurs 7 AM-3:30 PM
About This Role:
The Inside Sales Account team plays a crucial role in the success by driving growth through managing customer accounts, executing sales initiatives, and partnering closely with sales teams to strengthen relationships and deliver a seamless customer experience for a portfolio of foodservice operators. The mission of the Inside Sales Representative is to contribute to the retention and growth of existing business and onboard new accounts. This is achieved through various activities such as selling products, executing brand initiatives and promotions, distributing marketing and merchandising materials, setting up and onboarding new accounts, troubleshooting equipment, managing order logistics, and qualifying and converting lead generation through our CRM.
