 Worthy Insurance Group, a national Property & Casualty Insurance Brokerage, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent customer service skills This person will create opportunities through proactive outreach, build relationships with prospective clients, and take ownership of a growing sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is motivated, resourceful, and excited to help grow our agency. 
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Identify and contact prospective clients through calls, email, referrals, and other outreach. 
  • Qualify leads, learn about prospects’ needs, and schedule conversations with the appropriate sales team members. 
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities; follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales process. 
  •  Partner with producers and account teams to gather information, coordinate quotes, and prepare for client conversations
  •  Communicate the value of Worthy’s services clearly and build lasting relationships with prospective clients. 
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and next steps in the agency’s sales systems. 
  • Bring forward new ideas for reaching prospects, improving the sales process, and generating business
  • Treat every prospect and client with the same level of exeptional service and care
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
