WHAT YOU'LL EARN
Base Pay: $40,000/year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $76,000/year Top-Tier Performers: $121,000+/year
Commission Bonus Tiers (paid per pay period):
- Revenue > $10,000 5% commission ($12,000/yr at floor)
- Revenue > $15,000 10% commission ($36,000/yr at OTE)
- Revenue > $22,500 15% commission ($81,000/yr at top tier)
Commission is earned on new-client down payments when ALL weekly KPI minimums are met every week of the pay period. Your effort directly controls your paycheck.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Close new business and guide every client to project completion within 6–8 weeks
Make a minimum of 160 outbound calls per week to prospects and existing clients
Hold 20+ appointments per week with new prospects and referrals
Achieve a minimum of $5,000/week in new-client revenue (OTE: $7,500/week)
Ask for a minimum of 75 referrals per week and follow up on all pipeline
Facilitate workshops via Zoom, client locations, QT offices, and outside venues
Add 20+ new prospects to each Start, Grow, Fund event
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily dashboard reports in Infusionsoft
Collaborate with marketing, design, and finance to maximize sales performance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of recent sales experience with a strong emphasis on telephone selling
Documented top-producer status, preferably in an inside sales environment
Life & Health Producer License — or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work independently from a home office
Self-starter mentality with high accountability and follow-through
Active listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
High level of discretion with confidential client information

SCHEDULE & STRUCTURE
YOU MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE between the hours of 9 AM – 10 PM EST. Minimum 4 hours daily required.
