Inside Sales Representative – Spokane, WA

Aspen Personnel Service has been retained by a well-established construction manufacturing company in Spokane to recruit an Inside Sales Representative for their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, family-oriented organization that values teamwork, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

This position is primarily inbound-focused, supporting customers with product inquiries, walk-in traffic, and order processing related to underground infrastructure and site-related products.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for incoming customer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Assist customers with product details, pricing, and general technical questions
  • Prepare quotes, enter orders, and ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Partner closely with the internal sales team to support revenue goals and customer satisfaction
  • Develop a strong understanding of products and applications to best support client needs
  • Maintain organized and accurate records within CRM systems
  • Help monitor sales activity including orders, inquiries, and customer interactions
  • Build lasting customer relationships by delivering responsive and solution-oriented service
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the sales team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, or construction-related fields is a plus
  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical support
  • Background in construction materials or related industries strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product information clearly and confidently
  • Experience managing a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar systems a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
  • Positive, professional attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn technical product information and grow within the role
