Immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team with a building supply company in Troy! If you are experienced in sales and relationship building with an interest in hardware and building materials, this may be for you!
Hours of this position are 7am-4pm or 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay rate is $15 per hour.
Duties:
- Build relationships with customers by producing timely estimates, providing customer service and following up on inquiries using the Quote Management System
- Conducting cycle counts for inventory
- Complete customer transactions
- Update customer accounts regarding purchases and quotes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales/customer service role
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with building materials is preferred
- Must be able to use a computer for sales transactions and generating estimates
- Must be able to operate a forklift
