Located in: Tulsa, OklahomaReports to: Director, Inside Sales and Customer ServiceCollaborates with: Sales, Engineering, Accounting, Project Management, OperationsPrimary Responsibility: To support MIRATECH direct and independent sales channels.What You'll Do:Provide sales support to improve the effectiveness of MIRATECH's outside sales personnel - both staff and independent sales agentsProvide customer service for inbound inquiries/transactions through calls and internet requestsDevelop detailed working knowledge of MIRATECH's products, markets and customers through training and territory sales coverages.Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to grow and develop relationshipsManage in-house account relationships and salesRespond to customer and regional sales managers' requests, generate proposals, CRM database maintenance, document management, track order status and generate reportsLiaison between Engineering, Operations, Sales, Accounting and CustomersRegularly input call notes and other important account information in CRM system to track customer contact historyAssist with coordinating presentations for outside sales, reps and customersCommunicate and follow-up on sales leads with customers, RSMs, and sales channelsManage customer and product complaints to Quality teamTravel as needed with outside sales for ongoing training/developmentOther duties as assignedWhat Qualifies You:Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience of 3+ yearsPrevious customer service and/or sales skills requiredExperience with the use of CRM, ERP or other large database systems preferred; Syspro experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsDrive to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction levelsAbility to establish priorities and work independentlyMust be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-taskAdditional language skills are a plusProficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What's in it for You:Health, Dental & Vision InsuranceAnnual Bonus Program$350 Annual Wellness CreditFlexible Spending Account (FSA)401k with match up to 5%Life insuranceDisability insurance5 days of paid sick leave annually (prorated based on start date)15 days PTO annually (prorated based on start date)Equal Opportunity: MIRATECH is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
