We’re building a national contractor-growth platform that helps gutter company owners improve sales, hiring, systems, leadership, operations, and profitability. This isn’t directory sales, and we don’t sell shared leads.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll sell SeamlessGutters.com memberships and higher-level coaching programs directly to gutter contractors across the country.

You’ll run consultative sales calls, uncover the real problems holding an owner’s business back, recommend the right solution, handle objections, follow up relentlessly, and close.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run discovery and closing calls with contractors entering our sales pipeline
• Diagnose sales, revenue, hiring, pricing, leadership, and operational challenges
• Sell recurring memberships and higher-ticket coaching programs
• Handle objections confidently without discounting or diminishing value
• Own follow-up until every qualified prospect reaches a clear decision
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates
• Participate in call reviews, role-playing, sales training, and performance coaching

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B closing experience in coaching, consulting, SaaS, memberships, marketing services, or similar offers
• Strong phone and video-call sales skills with measurable closing results
• Experience selling directly to entrepreneurs or small-business owners
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, closing, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable being coached, reviewing calls, and being accountable to activity and revenue targets

If you need easy leads, avoid financial conversations, or stop following up after one or two attempts, this role won’t be a fit.
