Background:
This position is sales and service to the collision industry. The right candidate must have some experience working or selling within the collision repair industry. Possible past job experience could be phone call center, phone sales, cold calling, insurance adjuster, collision repair writer, or past working experience in a similar role.
Skills and Expectations:
Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers. Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
Processes orders by performing order entry, reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer. Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues regarding orders.
Working with vendors to learn new products and then introducing those new products to your customers in order to gain new sales, provide a basic level of technical expertise on the products you are selling.
The ability to quickly learn and become proficient with the Company’s warehouse and delivery methods, techniques and procedures.
Must have good computer skills.
Possess a basic knowledge of replacement parts for the collision repair industry.
Possess the ability to perform basic math calculations, effectively communicate on an interpersonal verbal basis and proficiently use telephones.
Must be able to work in cooperation with others, communicate effectively and be a good team player.
Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products.
Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.

Scope:
This position provides access to one of the largest inventories to alternative parts, sales leads, and repeat sales by relationship building. With commission wage starting at $50k+/year and potential earnings of over $100k/yr. The right candidate must handle high volume calls per day, and have a basic working knowledge of the collision repair industry, promoting the sale of replacement parts, and working out of our Warren Michigan Sales location. Hours: Mon-Fri 7:45am – 5:15pm. Rotating Saturdays.
