BHI is currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by targeting and developing new business within healthcare accounts that are not actively covered by field sales representatives. This role focuses on expanding market reach through remote engagement and navigating provider environments.
Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reporting Structure: Vice-President, Sales
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective healthcare customers via phone, email, and virtual outreach
Identify and penetrate under-served market segments, particularly accounts with limited field sales coverage
Partner with outside sales representatives to support territory growth
Execute sales strategies to expand product adoption within assigned accounts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
3+years inside sales or healthcare sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work in Excel and CRM applications
