Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Do

1. Have phone conversations with prospective customers generated through our marketing campaigns and other sources
2. Listen to understand each caller's needs and answer their questions with confidence
3. Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing so you can speak to them naturally
4. Recommend the right solutions to convert these inquiries into sales
5. Enter notes re your conversations, action items, etc.
6. Collaborate with teammates to schedule service for our new customers and help provide an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role involving similar responsibilities
2. A track record of success in customer service, sales experience preferred
3. Excellent verbal communication skills, including a friendly, confident, professional phone presence
4. Comfort learning product details and explaining them clearly to customers
5. A self-starter attitude with strong follow-through and attention to detail
