How you'll spend your time as an Inside Sales Representative:
Support outside sales representatives with day-to-day sales activity.
Prepare quotes and pricing.
Conduct product and customer research.
Manage sales transactions and follow-up behind the scenes.
Manage customer accounts and relationships.
Place customer orders as needed.
Assist customers with questions and help identify solutions to their needs.
Support the sales team with smaller, more straightforward opportunities.
Quote and close smaller opportunities as they arise.
