Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare/enter orders; Reserve/Allocate Material; Expedite Orders if needed.
• Manage customer expectations
• Initiate claims paperwork and obtain pertinent information
• Quotations and follow-ups
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information to the sales team on account status
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required

• Previous experience in an office environment, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with Microsoft office
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
