Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales / RMA role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing product information, preparing quotes, and processing orders for security-related equipment and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), coordinating with vendors on product returns or exchanges, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues. The team member will maintain regular communication with customers, address questions and concerns, and support high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaboration with internal departments to track inventory, follow up on leads, and contribute to overall sales growth.\n

- Demonstrated Inside Sales, lead generation, and follow-up skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into orders.

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, including resolving issues and building lasting customer relationships.

- Experience with RMA processes, order entry, and basic inventory coordination is highly beneficial.

- Familiarity with security, access control, or related technical products is a plus.
