This is a high-volume, one-call close role for competitive salespeople who want uncapped commission and full ownership of their deals.

Compensation
- $15/hour base pay
- Uncapped 20% commission on every deal
- Average deal size: ~$2,999
- Typical commission per sale: ~$600
- Strong performers close multiple deals per week
There is no cap on what you can earn.
The Role (Read Carefully)
- Make 300+ outbound cold calls per day
- Speak directly with business decision-makers
- Close deals on the first call (no long sales cycle)
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups (same-day)
- Veteran closers are available for coaching and deal support
