Your Mission: Convert Every Call into Revenue
Daily Responsibilities:
Handle High-Volume Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Speak with homeowners looking for HVAC, plumbing, solar, and electrical services.
- Use consultative sales techniques to convert calls into booked appointments and upsell additional services.
Master Appointment Scheduling
- Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and revenue.
- Fill gaps with follow-ups, recalls, and proactive customer outreach.
Maximize Sales & Upsell Opportunities
- Educate customers on the benefits of maintenance plans, memberships, and upgraded services.
- Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities.
Follow-Up for Success
- Call past customers for maintenance reminders, service upgrades, and special promotions.
- Rebook missed or canceled appointments to keep our schedule packed.
Collaborate with Sales & Service Teams
- Work closely with technicians and sales reps to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Provide insights on customer trends and feedback to improve services.

Requirements
1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience (home services experience a plus!)
Proven ability to sell and upsell (previous sales, retail, or call center experience preferred)
Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/scheduling software (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
