Advance Services is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Service Representative for a premier custom graphics and apparel company in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will be the face of the company, assisting local businesses and organizations with their custom branding needs. You will manage incoming inquiries, consult on design choices, and guide clients through the process of creating custom shirts, hats, and logo products.
This is an excellent full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a reliable MondayFriday daytime schedule and competitive pay based on your industry knowledge.
Location: Fort Collins, CO (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Duties- Serve as the primary contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and email inquiries.
- Consult with clients to recommend apparel, headwear, and promotional products based on their needs.
- Coordinate between customers, design, and production to ensure accurate, on-time orders.
- Prepare quotes for custom apparel based on products, decoration methods, and order volume.
- Follow up on quotes and leads to secure new orders.
- Enter and manage sales orders using internal tracking software.
- Review and prepare customer artwork and logos for production.
Qualifications & Skills- 13 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, or account management. Experience in print, embroidery, signs, or promotional products is a massive plus.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) is highly preferred for handling and reviewing client vector files.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple custom client orders simultaneously without missing specific decoration requirements.
