ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who enjoys being the daily, operational point of contact for customers while actively building relationships and finding ways to grow business. This is not a pure transactional customer service role as you’ll work directly with accounts to understand their needs, keep orders moving smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and spot opportunities for additional products or solutions.
If you like staying close to customers, have a natural sales instinct, and want to contribute to both satisfaction and revenue growth from the inside, this could be a great fit.
