United Home Experts is looking for a motivated, hungry, sales specialist with great phone skills!
We are growing our marketing efforts to include inside sales and dedicated outbound callers. We're looking for a key person who can hit the ground running, learn our systems and drive call volume.
Initial Responsibilities
- Calling homeowners to offer free, no-obligation home improvement consultations
- Following a simple qualifying script (no selling – just set the appointment!)
- Making 200 to 500 calls a day
- Booking appointments directly into our system
- Prove ability to drive volume to justify expansion of team
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator with a confident phone presence
- Able to follow a script and stay focused
- Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Self-starter who's excited about performance based bonus ($$ for every appointment!)
- Work collaboratively with management and other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of previous calling experience, ideally in a high-volume call-center environment
- Possesses a calm and steady disposition while also keeping energy up and motivation high.
- Excellent verbal skills.
