As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are ready to upgrade their vehicles. This is a high -energy, consultative sales role where deep product knowledge meets genuine customer service. You won't just be taking orders, you'll be guiding enthusiasts through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make for their vehicle. 1+ years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, or a customer -facing role<\/span>

Handle warranty questions and customer objections professionally to build trust and close sales<\/span>

Identify upsell and bundle opportunities across product categories (e.g., lift kits, wheels and tires, accessories)<\/span>

Follow up with warm leads who did not convert on first contact, maintaining a persistent but respectful sales cadence<\/span>
