In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing leads, estimating projects, preparing proposals, and providing exceptional on-site customer service. With on-the-job training provided, you'll quickly get up to speed and start making an impact. While most work is based out of Gering, expect to travel 2-3 days per week to meet with clients and support project executioncompany vehicle included.
Required Skills:- At least six months of sales and/or construction experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle customer interactions professionally
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed
Nice to Have Skills:- Previous estimating or proposal writing experience
- Familiarity with construction or estimation software
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or industry-specific certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in sales, estimating, or construction environments
Other Requirements:- Must reside in or near Scottsbluff/Gering or be willing to relocate
- Ability to travel 2-3 days per week
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
