Key Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Specialist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and web channels
- Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending the best products and solutions
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and proactively follow up on sales opportunities
- Develop your sales skills while contributing to company growth and customer success
What We're Looking for in an Inside Sales Specialist:
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience is a plus, but not required
- Individuals eager to start a career in sales and motivated to learn and grow
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and through email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
