INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST / VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

FASTSIGNS North Orlando is looking for a personable, organized, and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

Our customers come to us because they need help bringing an idea to life-whether that means a sign, banner, vehicle graphic, wall graphic, display, or another visual communication project. You will help them figure out what they need, recommend the right solution, and keep the project moving from the first conversation through completion.

This is not a high-pressure call-center position. It is a relationship-based sales role where good listening, clear communication, and consistent follow-up matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be one of the first points of contact for phone calls, emails, website leads, walk-ins, referrals, and repeat customers
• Ask thoughtful questions about the customer's goals, budget, and timeline
• Recommend signage and visual communication solutions
• Prepare quotes and estimates for routine projects
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and open opportunities
• Keep customers updated throughout the design, production, and installation process
• Work closely with the design, production, installation, and sales teams
• Keep customer information and follow-up tasks updated in the FASTSIGNS CRM
• Look for opportunities to earn repeat business, referrals, and additional sales

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $40,000-$45,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission and performance incentives
• Expected first-year earnings of $55,000-$65,000
• Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $65,000-$80,000+
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. initially
• Hybrid flexibility may be earned through consistent performance
• Full-time position

You will report jointly to the Sales Manager and our day-to-day team lead.
