City Lifestyle is a luxury publishing company headquartered in downtown Kansas City, MO that publishes monthly magazines in a franchise model created exclusively for and about the residents of affluent communities across the country. City Lifestyle is looking for a Senior Recruiter to recruit the best talents for the company by covering the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cold calling and interviewing potential franchisees, sourcing potential franchisees, creating a pipeline of potential future franchisees, and collaborating with the Recruiting Director to ensure the best candidates are selected.


Salary Range: $600000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing and closing top sales talent in conjunction with the Regional Recruiting Director.
  • Develop and leverage an effective and scalable sourcing strategy to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential prospects through various outreach strategies, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with potential prospects, conduct needs assessments, and tailor presentations to highlight our organization and how our offerings can fit their needs, goals and values.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track all leads and prospects in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and effective progression through the sales process.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of City Lifestyle, passionately representing our business values and mission to prospects, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Organize data and all communication in one platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with company leaders to plan and execute talent needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales
  • Must live in the Kansas City Metro area
  • This is an In-office position with the possibility of Hybrid days
  • Offices located in Downtown Kansas City
  • Attend and actively participate in the majority of company-sponsored extracurricular activities
