PRIMARY ROLE
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Supervisor will assume responsibility of the day to day activities of the inside sales representatives who work in our Lancaster Distribution Center. Coaching, people development, and driving strong culture will be the top priority. The supervisor will continue to manage their sales territory assignments, as well as monitoring processes and procedures for their team in Lancaster. This will have direct supervisory responsibility with direct reports.

Main Responsibilities Essential Tasks
- Keep skill development of the team a top priority to grow skillsets and future leaders in the trainee program
- Be the driver of our inside sales culture and energy in the Lancaster office
- Ensure consistent implementation of procedures and best practices for account management, service, and navigating Woodgrain's systems.
- Aid with problem solving and facilitate interdepartmental communication
- Grow partnership with operations staff of Lancaster DC
- Lead by example with the management of individual sales territories
- Assist with reporting on lost sales, excess inventory, potential spike sales, unbilled deliveries, unresolved deductions, and open text aging report for the Lancaster DC.
- Help team to demonstrate strong usage of CX system
- Other duties as assigned
