Inside Sales Support ADMIN (PART-TIME)

NOW HIRING: PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR OUR AMAZING CLIENT

Location: Lithia Springs / Fulton Industrial Area
Pay: $21.00 per hour possibly $22 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Usually Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
The client may offer some flexibility with the daily schedule but needs to be consistent.

CHASE Staffing’s Douglasville office is recruiting for a dependable and professional Inside Sales Support candidate for a growing distribution or manufacturing company.

This position will begin as a temporary assignment, but it may become permanent based on business needs and the success of the placement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to a growing company and potentially expand their responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and pleasantly

• Direct calls and assist customers, vendors, and internal departments

• Support the inside sales team with incoming calls and administrative needs

• Assist with pricing, stock availability, and purchase orders

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

• Use Microsoft Office 365 and other computer-based systems

• Learn additional office responsibilities as needed

• Handle multiple priorities in a busy office environment

• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of recent, stable office or administrative experience

• Office experience within a distribution or manufacturing company is required

• Strong computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software

• Professional and pleasant telephone communication skills

• Energetic, dependable, organized, and able to multitask

• Quick learner who is willing to assist with different office responsibilities

• Strong attendance and punctuality

• Able to work on-site; this is not a remote position

• Able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen

Please note: Warehouse associate, call center, fast-food, medical-office, and retail experience alone will not meet the client’s office-experience requirement.
