About this Role:

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to join our HVAC operation in Livonia, Michigan as a full time Inside Sales Support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying busy, and being part of a team that works together to get the job done right.

In this position, you'll support daily sales operations, prepare quotes and estimates, assist customers, and help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. No two days are exactly the same; you may be helping a contractor with pricing and product selection in the morning and assisting with warehouse operations in the afternoon.

What You'll Do:

Key:

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with orders, pricing, product questions, and estimates
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and support customer follow-up communications
• Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Develop knowledge of HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal products
• Assist with general operations and inventory organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Secondary: 

• Pull and stage customer orders for pickup
• Help load and unload HVAC sheet metal and ductwork products as needed
• Deliver smaller customer orders using a company van when needed

Potential opportunity to grow into an outside sales role over time

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum
• Dependability
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or warehouse operations
• Experience in HVAC, construction materials, or sheet metal products is a plus or willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid chauffeur's license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift and move materials occasionnally (approx.. 40-90 lbs.)
• Intermediate math skills and comfortable with computers
• An ability to execute with precision and follow through.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative working style.
• Willingness to learn the industry.
