Customer Account Specialist
Expanding Charlotte corporate office is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for account management for assigned accounts, collaborating with the outside sales team to achieve sales goals, and delivering high touch customer service. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing pricing changes weekly in Excel spreadsheet - updating and distributing
Updating product release updates in Excel.
Managing order database
Managing warranty claims data base
Correcting Invoices
Communicating with finance department, mills, technical support and brand management
Provide support with daily business initiatives to the Outside Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Logistics and Production divisions
Support sales and marketing initiatives
Communicating with customers regarding order status
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Proficient in Excel
Oracle, Salesforce preferred not mandatory.
Ability to handle customer objections in a professional and competent manner, while maintaining composure under pressure
Strong organizational skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize time and workload during peak periods
Team oriented and ability to learn from and communicate well with other departments including logistics, marketing, planning, and production
