Inside Sales Team Lead | Lead Conversion & Appointment Setting

A rapid-growth, well-known home services organization is seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead to help drive the performance of a high-volume inbound sales operation.

With more than 500 inbound opportunities generated daily, you'll coach and mentor a team of booking specialists while improving lead conversion, appointment-setting performance, and overall sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of booking specialists.
• Drive appointment-setting, engagement, and conversion performance.
• Implement sales processes and follow-up strategies that improve results.
• Monitor call quality and provide ongoing coaching.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, lead conversion, appointment setting, or contact center operations.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring sales-focused teams.
• Success in a high-volume lead environment.
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• HVAC, home services, or related industry experience preferred.
