Bradford Supply Company is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Inside Sales/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position combines customer service, inside sales, inventory management, and warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment serving the plumbing, water systems, oil field, industrial, and construction industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their needs.

• Help customers identify the right products and solutions.

• Process orders, returns, transfers, and special orders.

• Support the outside sales team.

• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory.

• Process purchase orders as directed by the branch manager.

• Ship and receive materials from vendors and other branch locations.

• Keep the branch clean, organized, and running efficiently.

• Perform inventory cycle counts.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

• Ability to work in a retail and warehouse environment.

• Excellent communication, listening, sales, and customer service skills.

• Ability to anticipate and meet customers’ needs.

• Knowledge of plumbing, industrial, construction, water systems, or oil field products preferred.

• Ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous retail, inside sales, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
