We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our team. Position Summary

The Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, supporting our outside sales team, processing customer orders, maintaining inventory, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.

• Consult with customers to identify their product needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Demonstrate product features and answer questions regarding merchandise, pricing, and availability.

• Process customer purchases accurately

• Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or warehouse and coordinate special orders when necessary.

• Support the Outside Sales Team with quotes, orders, and customer follow-up.

• Process customer returns, exchanges, and branch transfers.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments from vendors and other Bradford Supply Company locations.

• Prepare and process purchase orders as directed by the Branch Manager.

• Organize inventory and keep warehouse shelves fully stocked and accessible.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom and warehouse.

• Make local deliveries using company vehicles when needed

• Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn the company's point-of-sale and inventory systems.

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, inside sales, or the plumbing/HVAC/industrial supply industry is preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Training is provided for motivated candidates.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.

• Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in both retail showroom and warehouse environments.
