Job Description

Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting sales growth through phone, email, and virtual communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Prepare and deliver product or service information to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
  • Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and market trends.
