Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Job Function:

• Provide expert product knowledge and handle complex customer questions and problems.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and formal sales orders.
• Enter, proof, and confirm customer orders in the system.
• Communicate delivery timelines based on production schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs.
• Open new customer accounts and manage required documentation.
• Support customers with product knowledge and responsiveness.
• Make outcalls to source new business or re-establish business contacts with existing customers.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with quotes, purchase orders, and numbers.
• Comfortable with phone communication, including making outgoing calls to vendors and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Typing speed of 45-65 WPM.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $27.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
