Role Description The Inside Technical Sales role at CPI Process Systems, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Buffalo, NY. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and providing technical guidance on automation and control products and solutions. The individual will collaborate with external sales representatives and engineering teams to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and support the sales cycle from initial contact through order fulfillment. Daily tasks include managing incoming calls and emails, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up on open quotes and opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The role also requires building strong relationships with customers by offering prompt support, clear communication, and dependable product knowledge.
