Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in preparing and cooking pizzas to ensure quality and consistency.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.
• Handle cash and process transactions with precision.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Participate in training new staff and sharing best practices.
• Stay updated on menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
