We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Burlington, North Carolina facility. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a high level of service to both prospective and existing customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and account support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while communicating professionally with customers and internal teams. Requirements Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ::: ::: {automation-id="job-requirements"} - Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current customers - Accurately and efficiently process customer purchase orders - Provide customers with product, pricing, and service information - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and product concerns in a timely manner - Initiate and process return requests as needed - Prepare, enter, and maintain customer quotations - Maintain and update customer account information - Collect and process required information to set up new customer accounts - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Education and Qualifications - High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred - Prior B2B customer service or sales experience required - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues - Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe is a plus - Experience with Salesforce is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities - Must be eligible to work in North Carolina :::
