We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead their Insights & Analytics practice. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of strategic consulting, data-driven decision support, advanced analytics, and technology-enabled solutions. As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with top executives across various life sciences sectors, delivering innovative solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities
Practice Leadership: Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Insights & Analytics practice, building and managing high-performing teams.
Client Advisory & Consulting: Serve as a strategic advisor, leading workshops and translating business challenges into actionable solutions.
Commercial Analytics: Oversee engagements in sales effectiveness, omnichannel analytics, and market access, among others.
Advanced Analytics & AI: Guide the development of predictive analytics, machine learning models, and AI-driven insights.
Data & Technology Strategy: Define enterprise analytics architectures and support the implementation of modern data platforms.
Business Development: Develop executive relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute thought leadership in the industry.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and 12 years of experience in life sciences analytics or consulting.
5 years of experience in leading consulting practices or analytics organizations.
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization and executive client relationship management.
Proven track record in leading multi-million-dollar consulting engagements and building high-performing teams.
Preferred: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience with top life sciences consulting firms and knowledge of AI and advanced analytics platforms.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, SAS, and machine learning frameworks.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot.
Familiarity with life sciences platforms such as Veeva CRM and Salesforce Health Cloud.
