    The team you will be a part of The Channel Sales (Commission) team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

    This role in summary The Builder role will be responsible for driving national, regional and local builder contracts. This role will work with regional sales managers and independent reps to drive all levels of builder contracts.

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Create contracts that support exclusive InSinkErator purchasing
    • Monitor program execution and effectiveness
    • Drive upgrades within builder programs
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Top 200 builders
    • Monitor competitive market landscape and overcome obstacles
    • Facilitate and grow relationships with regionals and reps through continuous communication
    • Participate in regional and national shows driving builder programs and building of relationships
    • Report on builder landscape and current market conditions

    Minimum requirements

    • Bachelors Degree
    • 5+ years of relevant industry experience

    Preferred skills and experiences

    • 5+ years in the plumbing/heating, appliance, building materials industry
    • Experience with Excel and Google Platform
    • National account experience
    • Experience calling on national builders
    • Negotiation skills
    • Strong Communication and Active Listening skills
