Job Description
HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations at an Automotive Site and join a safety-focused team. This role is responsible for directing daily operational activities, optimizing workforce and ensuring the safe, efficient execution of services that support customer success. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Customers, Contractors, and cross-functional support teams to drive operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver high-quality service solutions that meet or exceed expectations. As a leader within HPC-Industrial, this individual will champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while driving performance across personnel, resources, and operational processes.
