Are you detail-oriented with a passion for precision? We’re seeking a dedicated Bearing Inspection Machine Operator to become a vital part of our manufacturing team during the energetic 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll verify the quality of bearings to meet customer specifications, operate advanced inspection machinery, and contribute directly to delivering superior products. Your expertise will help uphold our reputation for excellence and drive customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of pinions, axles, and roller products.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot IBG and other inspection equipment.
  • Perform final quality checks and record inspection data accurately.
  • Manage packaging, assign lot numbers, and labels for shipment.
  • Move products and packaging using forklifts and manual handling.
  • Complete relevant paperwork including non-conformance reports and quality documentation.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to procedures and safety standards.

Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-minded approach.
  • Experience with precision gage measurements and inspection equipment.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, packaging tools, and data entry systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. with some pushing up to 500 lbs.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection.
  • Knowledge of barcode scanning and labeling procedures.
  • Familiarity with using barrels, inspection tables, and manual or automated measuring tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar inspection or manufacturing environment highly desirable.

Other Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable with physical tasks including standing for long periods, climbing, and manual equipment operation.
  • Ability to work on the 2nd shift schedule.
