Join Our Team as a Quality Inspector at Battleground Business Park, TX

Are you passionate about quality and precision? We're looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Located in the vibrant Battleground Business Park, TX, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect commercial and nuclear parts/products to ensure compliance with measurement and testing requirements.
• Verify warehouse picking accuracy by confirming part numbers and quantities.
• Gather and inspect product documentation, including final document packets and certified material test reports (CMTRs).
• Document inspection and testing results, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with the Material Review Board to address non-conforming products and identify corrective actions.
• Work with incoming, in-process, and final inspection areas to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct final inspections of assembled and tested control and safety relief valves.
• Report daily internal and external defects and help identify root causes.
• Ensure packaging methods meet customer and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and assist in training operational teams.
• Support lean activities and initiatives as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols during inspections to promote a secure workplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in quality inspection.
• Diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education, or GED with 3-5 years' experience.
• Experience with control, safety, and safety relief valves.
• SAP-ERP Quality Control experience.
• Proficiency in reading part CAD drawings.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience.

Preferences:

• NDE Level 2 (PT & MT) certification preferred.
• Attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Machine Shop experience.
