Inspection/Rework Associate -| Greendale, IN

Position Summary:
Adecco is assisting our client in recruiting for Inspection/Rework Associates in Greendale, IN. This position is responsible for inspecting products for defects, performing rework as needed, and ensuring all products meet quality standards before shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products and materials for defects, damage, or quality issues.

• Perform rework and corrective actions according to established procedures.

• Sort, package, label, and palletize materials as required.

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate production records.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous inspection, production, warehouse, manufacturing, or quality experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.

• Basic computer and documentation skills.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift - $19.50 Mon - Th, 6a - 430p

• 2nd Shift - $22.50 Mon - Thu, 4p - 230a

• Long Term Temp positions

Pay Details: $19.50 to $22.50 per hour
