Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, administrative, logistics, purchasing, or supplier coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Professional communication skills when working with vendors and suppliers
• Reliable and dependable with strong time management skills

Job Duties:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and out-of-state parts suppliers, including ProTech and Summit Polymers
• Communicate with suppliers regarding parts availability, orders, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate and track supplier communications to ensure timely fulfillment of parts needs
• Resolve supplier-related issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and order updates
• Work closely with internal departments to support production and inventory needs
• Provide administrative support related to supplier coordination and purchasing activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned
