Essential Responsibilities:


  • Inspect equipment and identify tire, wheel, and DOT-related deficiencies.
  • Perform tire service and repairs in accordance with company procedures and Tire Industry Association (TIA) safety standards.
  • Follow the company's tire management program to inspect every unit entering the yard and identify maintenance needs.
  • Accurately document inspections, repairs, and recommendations in company computer systems.
  • Communicate repair needs to the shop, management, or outside service providers as appropriate.
  • Provide professional, courteous service while assisting drivers and internal customers.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate recommendations to management.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver License required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
  • At least one year of consistent employment or education.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and work underneath commercial equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and tools as required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
