Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Training: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for 6 weeks

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting circuit board panels using automated equipment and performing detailed manual corrections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Please note: Training will be conducted on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for approximately 6 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, the position will transition to the regular 2nd shift schedule of 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Duties
  • Load circuit board panels into automated inspection equipment after computer-generated patterns have been created.
  • Operate the inspection machine to perform quality checks on circuit board panels.
  • Review inspection results and identify defects or areas that do not meet quality specifications.
  • Perform detailed visual inspections of circuit boards to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manually correct identified defects by carefully trimming excess copper and other unwanted material from the circuit board.
  • Use hand tools and other equipment as required to make precise corrections.
  • Follow established quality procedures and production standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures.
  • Work carefully and consistently to maintain product quality and production requirements.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, inspection, quality control, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working with automated machinery and performing hands-on corrective work.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to complete the full 6-week training program on 1st shift.
Schedule & Pay
Training: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for 6 weeks
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour
