  • Inspect and verify room status: Conduct detailed room inspections, report discrepancies, and update the property management system as needed
  • Ensure maintenance resolutions: Complete and submit work orders to address any repair or maintenance issues
  • Support housekeeping operations: Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
  • Assist in team training: Help train Room Attendants to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
  • Delight our guests: Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
