Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and staff on inspection procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Participate in audits and assessments as required.
- Assist in the development and refinement of inspection protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection or quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to inspections.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
