Job Overview

As an Inspector/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our medical molded plastic components. You'll be responsible for inspecting, weighing, packaging, and sorting products to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area.
• Manually assemble small parts using hand tools and inspect products for defects.
• Perform visual inspections using magnification tools to ensure product quality.
• Complete production records and work order documentation.
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand procedures.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferences

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience with inventory management systems.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a clean room environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods, depending on the machine operation.
• Occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs.

This position requires less than 5% travel and is not eligible for remote work. Join us on a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
